My purpose is clear: to bridge the gap between schools, families, and communities and revolutionize education. My focus is Grades K-8, with a particular knack for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. Together, we’ll embark on a transformative journey, hand in hand.

My philosophy centers on understanding the heart of the communities schools serve. Assumptions are shattered, and individual beliefs are embraced to unlock the boundless potential in every child. I’ve worked closely with school administrative teams, guiding them to discover the hidden treasures within their communities. Teachers, too, receive the same reverence, as I collaborate with intimate groups of 6-8 to refine their teaching methods through tailored observation and constructive feedback.

For those entrusted with the role of educator coaches, I offer a compass to navigate the intricate terrain of coaching dynamics. With a focus on quality over quantity, I engage with 2-4 coaches per school, ensuring a profoundly impactful journey. Beyond this, I foster symbiotic relationships between schools and organizations, ushering in expansive professional development initiatives that enrich the educational landscape.

My bedrock belief rests in the power of culturally and contextually relevant teaching. The fusion of instruction, materials, and practices catered to diverse learner needs is where true magic happens. The result?
